Founding Five · terms

Thirty days to test it on your own company. If it does not fit, I refund you.

Five companies go first. They get a different price, direct access to me, and thirty days to test with a refund.
Open until 31 October 2026Up to five companies4 minutes

What you are risking

Thirty days cost $500 for one market or $750 for two. That is all you are risking in money.

That covers setup, a knowledge base built for your company, and a month of work. There is no separate implementation fee.

I refund it in full if, within those thirty days, you have:

If the packs did not happen or the call did not take place because of me, that condition is waived. You do not lose the refund because I was not ready.

5
companies, once. I run each of them myself, and I read every hold the system raises

Why five and not fifty

Every pack that stops is read by me. At five companies that is one evening a week. At fifty it is a full-time job, and I would start reading faster.

Enrolment closes on 31 October 2026, or earlier when the places are gone. There will be no second intake on these terms.

After month six my involvement drops, and the founding price holds to the end of the twelve months.

What you get every month

You send one topic. Back comes a pack:

Anything that cannot be traced to a fact in your knowledge base does not go out. It stops and waits for a human.

What counts as a market and what counts as a pack

A market is a country plus a language. Poland in Polish and Poland in English are two different markets. The price is per market.

A pack is one review-ready set for one topic in one market. Every format and platform inside that topic belongs to the same pack. A failed run, a repeat of the same topic and a technical duplicate do not count as packs.

Usage is counted from the system log, not from memory.

What I do myself

While there are five of you
  • I run the onboarding myself
  • I build the knowledge base by hand, not through a form
  • A direct channel in messenger, I reply within a working day
  • I work through every hold the system raises
  • Two strategy sessions in your first 60 days
  • A say in what gets built next

This is access, not round-the-clock support. I reply the next working day, and I judge urgency by the impact on your work.

What I ask in return

Part of the deal, not a favour
  • A named case study with real numbers, after you approve it
  • An honest statement from your director. Not a good one. An honest one
  • At least two packs a month for each market, and one a month from month seven
  • A baseline before we start: how much time and how many rounds of edits it takes now
  • A thirty-minute review of results on day ninety
  • Your read on two workspace prototypes

A positive review, a video and introductions are not obligations. I ask for those after the result, not in exchange for the price. If the obligations stop being met, you have fourteen days to put it right, and only then does the founding price end.

What you pay after that

If you stay past the thirty days, the price moves in steps. All of them are named on the day you join and written into your terms document, which you receive before the first payment.

First 30 days
Validation · $500 for one market, $750 for two
Setup and work included. If it does not fit after a real test, I refund in full.
The next month
Transition · $600 or $975
Half the standard price. One full month, always.
Until the workspace ships
Waiting · $600 or $975
The same half rate holds until the workspace is live. The delay is my risk, not yours.
The next 12 months
Founding year · $900 or $1,462.50
25% off the price frozen on the day you joined.
After that
Standard customer · $1,200 or $1,950
That same frozen price. I give 60 days notice of any change.

What counts as the workspace going live

Not an announcement and not an internal release. Three conditions at once:

you sign in with your own login; you land in your own company workspace, not a shared interface; and you can see at least one of your own packs there.

Until all three are true, you pay half.

What stays with you either way

After the thirty days it is month to month. You can leave at any point with thirty days notice. You are not tied for a year or for twelve months: the founding price is your right, not an obligation to stay.

If you leave in the normal way, you take your data, the knowledge base built for your company, the rules built on your facts, and everything that was produced.

If you take the refund, your source data and the materials already delivered stay with you. The knowledge base built by PackCraft is not exported, because you did not pay for it.

In neither case do you receive PackCraft technology itself. You are buying the work of the system, not the system.

What you never receive on any exit

PackCraft internal agent instructions and system prompts.

The validation and orchestration architecture.

Shared compliance rules, which are platform work.

Models, code, credentials and the rule library of other clients.

Data or materials belonging to other clients.

Limits

I do not promise growth in reach, leads or sales. I am responsible for production and checking, not for platform algorithms.

I do not promise to build every feature you ask for. A need that repeats across the five gets priority; a one-off request does not become a commitment.

I do not promise that every correction becomes a permanent rule. A repeatable fact is written into your knowledge base; a one-time preference is not.

There is no round-the-clock support. I reply the next working day, and I judge urgency by the impact on your work.
